Recently we visited a new restaurant in Hoover. We’ve been in this building before for another restaurant. It was originally built as a bank and still has the vault in the building.

Now the restaurant is known as Farrelly’s. We went on a Saturday morning and had to order from the brunch menu. I went with Wagu Beef burger and Jeff got biscuits and gravy.

The burger was very good and well seasoned. I did not add any of the ketchup or dijonaise, it was really good without. I dipped the parmesan fries in the dijonaise.

Jeff said that this gravy was a little spicy. It appeared to have maybe red pepper flakes in the gravy.

We’ll have to go back at night to order off the full menu. We feel that this was more of a sample of what they have to offer.
